Come Write In!

the National Novel Writing Month logo features a viking helmet with horns atop a light blue shield depicting a coffee mug, a laptop computer, a pair of crossed pens, and a stack of paper.

National Novel Writing Month (NaNoWriMo) is an annual writing program challenging aspiring authors to complete 50,000 words of a novel during the month of November. The Community Library is pleased to serve as a community partner with the NaNoWriMo organization and invites registered participants in this year’s challenge to join us at the library every Tuesday evening in the month of November. We have reserved our Lamont Community Room on the library’s second floor from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm on Tuesdays for writers looking for a quiet, distraction-free place to write in the company of other authors.
